1) I think it means working diligently.
2) I can spot it it is at the part where they say : primary schools with at least one student with PSLE aggregate score of 275 or more. At the 20th from the top.
3) Yes I agree. If you study hard , work diligently and set your own targets you can be top even without tuition.

YES,i believe every student in 4K has the potential to make it to A* and can spot hongwen.I wish that hong wen can be the best school in Singapore in the future.

well.... by 2010 I hope that all 4k pupils in 2008 will score very well-35 way tie in top PSLE pupil um... that willchange history and be in the GWR's. O.k. Maybe just 35 students in the top 10 and wishing the future students all the best!!!
3)Yes! Of corse! You and I have read about Wee Yen Jean not needing tution to top and I belive that with determination to do well and studing smart will get results like getting A*'s and A's !!!=)
