For today's trip to CHIJ Kellock S4 cluster event, I learned alot.
Archery:
I had a chance to try what's like holding a bow it was quite light once you start holding it but each time after shooting an arrow my bow became heavier and heavier. When we load the arrows and it drops our instructor told us not to pick it up for safty purposes. We had to strech the string to our right eye and let go, our fingers must be three finger spaceing away from the arrow bottom.
Fencing:
There are many different types of fencing weapons like the saber which is a slashing weapon once your saber touches any part of the opponent you get a point. Another 2 weapons has a button at the tip of the sword theses weapons are for stabing. I had a great time fencing with my friends.
Gymnastics:
The warm up was pretty hard as I have trouble touching my toes !! We had many fun activities there eg: balancing , Run and jump on a trampoline , run and jump over hurdles and there was even a sponge pool.

I would like to thank my teacher for selecting me to be there it might be a once in a life time opportunity as I might not be selected again next year. I really enjoyed myself.XD

Wow, I am so glad that you had a wonderful time. I wish I was there too so that I could learn more about the three sports you mentioned about. I wonder whether Shaoquan has any tips for fencing.

I have learnt alot in this visit.
The visit was about Olympic.

Archery: All of us had a chance to hold the bow and shoot the arrow. It is very fun but it was very difficult to aim the bull eye.Still, I managed to do that. I wonder why when I was holding the bow, it feel very light but after I shoot the first arrow, it became heavier and heavier. But it is still very fun.

Fencing:The are different types of fencing weapons like, saber.I have lots of fun there. but I lose whenever I play with another people.

Gymnastics: This is my favourite activity. The warm up is very fun and easy. I can do all the warm up except the coach told us to put our hands infront and then our legs are up in a straight position.I fell down at that first time. But in the end every thing at gone very successfully.

The most interesting activity should be the Gymnastics because we play alot of things and it was very fun. I almost drop into the sponge pool.

I would like to say thank you to Mr Dass, who selected me to go to the CHIJ Kellock.I really enjoyed myself there.

I learnt a lot from the visit to CHIJ Kellock. The journey is all about the different kinds of sports in the Olympics.
I learnt how to play Archery, Fencing and Gymnastics. The most interesting activity there was when we learned how to do Gymnastics as it teaches us to be flexible. I learned that sports can teach us values of teamwork, sportsmanshipand having fun.=)

I learnt that sports like archery needs you to be patient and aim, so does fencing too.
Gymnastics needs us to endure to bend our body.
One more thing that I had learnt was that we need yo have sportsmanship in any sports that we play.

This visit to the CHIJ kellock can be considered a once in a lifetime opputunity as it gives us a deeper understanding of the olmpics. We learned archery, fencing and gymnastics. My favourite activity was archery as i had never tried it before. When you pull the string of the bow and let go, you have to use a lot of strength. My arms were aching after i had finished! There was also another activity which i like, the one when the pupils from CHIJ kellock perform for us. It was really amazing. Another performance which gave me s deep impression was the one when our national gymnast showing us what is true gymnastics.

Archey: I had lots of fun as it was my first try for archery. My sister actually told me that archery is boring, but after this archery lesson, I dissaprove with my sister! As Siew Chin mentioned, all of us had a chance to shoot the arrow and hold the bow.

Fencing: We could only hold toy swords to use as weapons as we were just beginners. But we still had a chance to fight with each other. I remembered that the next group's competitors were fencing nearer to us until our teacher had to ask them to pause their game. The teacher had a great sense of humor as he asked us to jump forward instead of taking a step forward.

Gymnastics: It is true that they have a big sponge pool and we get to junp on trampolines. We also did some cartwheel.

Overall: It was a very enjoyable trip and i would like to attend other events like this in the future.

I would like to thank Mr Dass, Ms Kho, the bus uncle and the teachers and students from CHIJ kellock.

I had learned lifelong values during this trip such as never to give up easily. I hope Mr Dass will choose me and many more students next time. I am sure they will love the trip as i do!

Wow, talking about the trip! It was fantabulous!!! I cannot use any other words to discribe everything we played, talked, joked about there! We had fun playing games, joking, taking pictures and argueing with them!
It may be argueing but it was fun!
We played Archery, Fencing and gymastics.
Let me talk about the Archery first, it was cool and fun! We had to pull the string and aim the arrow at the target! And the coach played with us! I shot out of the target and broke the foam stuff which prevent the arrow from shooting the poles behind! The coach anyhow blamed me for saying i broke it and he shot out of target! Where can blame me!
About the fencing I won alot of ppl!!! We played Fencing Catching! We know there is no such game! But we created it ourselves! And when i am versusing the pupils! there is a fake sword which has a sensor and it will ring when it touched the shirt which is made of wires inside the shirt! The shirt very smelly! Then, i keep using the sword to keep poking the shirt i am wearing and my mates keep laughing!! HAHAS!! Okay! Now about the Gymastics it was cool too! Our teacher was so fierce!! We all very scared!! When we do wrongly she also scold! But fun! The was a place full of sponge then i lipped inside and i fell inside at first i thought it was wood blocks but it was sponge so relaxing1 Then going to be my turn quickly stand up! later the fung Ting Wei also jump inside the place. Very Fun1 After tat must go back to school1 Then we play games at the back of the bus! Play truth or dare! Very fun then reach school and got scolded by miss kho cause we make too much noise! Very fun!K do ur best to go next time! Boys dun let me defeat u again! :) Chill...
